Mukhwana Francis Yona is the visionary founder and Executive Director of SUP, with over 15 years of dedicated experience in community development. His journey began with a simple belief: that every person deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Under his leadership, SUP has grown from a small grassroots initiative into a respected organization that has transformed thousands of lives across Uganda. Francis holds a Master's degree in Development Studies from Makerere University and has received numerous awards for his commitment to social justice.

His expertise spans community mobilization, strategic planning, organizational development, and sustainable program implementation. He has personally mentored over 100 young leaders and continues to be a trusted voice in Uganda's development sector.
